Context & Challenge
Liushi Battery entered the Indonesian market without existing digital presence, marketing system, or structured sales funnel. The challenge was to build everything from scratch while simultaneously validating the local market.
Role & Scope
My Responsibilities:
Built all digital channels from zero (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Created and executed paid ads strategy (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Implemented tracking systems (Meta Pixel, GTM, conversion tracking)
Took over sales strategy after sales role became vacant
Conducted market research and audience validation for Indonesia
